Czasem, aby pójść do przodu, trzeba się zatrzymać i zobaczyć, co niesiemy ze sobą, co nas spowalnia i odrzucić to, co nam już nie służy. Gdy pędzimy, możemy nie dostrzec, że mamy na plecach gromadę “gapowiczów”, którzy świetnie się bawią darmową podwózką. A my w tym czasie, poganiane codziennymi sprawami na wczoraj, tracimy zdrowie, siłę i chęć do życia.
These will be special workshops, because they are based on many techniques of working with the body and emotions. We will reach for the transforming work with the mirror and the breath. We will practice yoga. We will identify the beliefs that block us and the emotions that we will let go, by extatic dance and say them goodbye.
These workshops are dedicated to every woman who wants to:

Dance naturally stimulates the whole body and all its points that connect us with the sphere of emotions and feelings. The body has its own wisdom and its own methods of self-regulation. It is good to reach for what does not need to be overly explained, and what feels individual, very intimate and what brings real relief and restores contact with oneself.
The classes are dedicated to finding natural, uninhibited expression and feeling the individual rhythm in the body. But before you reach that state of liberation, you'll find incriminating programs, beliefs, and stories along the way. I will help you change the perspective of seeing these blocks so that their weight no longer weighs you down.

Marlena Niestrój's original workshops combine stage experience (dance, acting) with yoga and mindfulness practice. She is a co-creator of solo performances of the A Part Theater in Katowice ("Bonds", "The Rite of Spring") and the creator of her own performance "The Moth's Song", in which she also performs. She constantly develops her interests by taking part in workshops and trainings related to the issues of working with the body, dance, breath and voice. She also works as a yoga instructor on a daily basis. She has implemented a number of projects dealing with women in social, physical and cultural aspects.
