TOUCHING PAINFUL PLACES WITH TENDERNESS IS ALLOWING LOVE TO REBORN.
For me, yoga is a journey into depth of myself, respecting my experiences and conditions. Rediscovering the feeling of the body through yoga was a lesson of rebirth for me. Gradually, during normal practice, I was reclaiming parts of my body that had been longingly waiting for their time. I am moved and appreciate its forbearance towards the fears and resistances accumulated over the years. Thanks to practice, I have freed myself from many limitations not only in the body, but also in the mind. I have come to understand that giving advice has its disadvantages and often outweigh the benefits. In the so-called "weaknesses" I discovered the greatest wealth of inner strength.
